Loosing your belly fat under one week is very easy to achieve. It is not a magic and it is very easy to achieve without any stress. Some people feel that daily exercise or intake of drugs or alcohol is the easiest way to achieve but have we considered how many people do have time for that? Not everybody will have to to participate in any form of exercise. Some may be physically challenged while some may not be fit enough for that and some may not even have chance at all due to work or other engagements. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that it won't work, of-course it do work but it's not as easy as what I'm going to show you.
Let me quickly go to the main point before i divert. To achieve this, you new just two ingredients.
2. Lemon orange
3.Glass of water
How to mix
1. pour a glass of water into a kettle
2. slice the ginger and pour into the water
3. Slice the lemon orange in segments and pour into the water as
4. Boil it for 10 minutes
5. put off the light and allow it cool a little before taking it
Take this 2x daily for at least three times in a week
